For reasons completely lost on us, Britain’s Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency is conducting a photography competition. Apparently intended to promote the sale of personalized license plates, the contest will reward the “Best Bike Vista” with £500, tickets to this year’s NEC show and a photo session with Bike magazine’s Chippy Wood.
