Continuing to blur the line between virtual and reality, Second Life now features bike racing. MotoSL uses a standard formula bike designed specifically for the series. Featuring 6-gears, a 14,000rpm red line, and adjustable suspension, gearing and brake settings, the Hawk10R sounds close to the real thing.
So far, the series has awarded about $225 in prize money. That’s actual, real-life currency. We’re just happy we finally found a way to combine our two favorite pastimes: motorcycle racing and pretending to be an anthropomorphic animal.
