MV’s latest take on the F4 combines the 190bhp, 1078cc inline-four from the $120,000 CC with the not-too-outrageous price tag of the 1000R. More noticeably, it combines the Massimo Tamburini–designed F4 with the color blue. Normally we don’t like either one — the bike and the color, not the designer — but here they somehow manage to elevate each other.
No price has been announced yet, but if we were in the market for a $40,000-ish, 195mph Italian superbike, this would be the one we’d buy.
