MV Agusta F4 1078RR 312 gets F4CC engine

MV-Agusta-F4-1078RR.jpgMV’s latest take on the F4 combines the 190bhp, 1078cc inline-four from the $120,000 CC with the  not-too-outrageous price tag of the 1000R. More noticeably, it combines the Massimo Tamburini–designed F4 with the color blue. Normally we don’t like either one — the bike and the color, not the designer — but here they somehow manage to elevate each other.

No price has been announced yet, but if we were in the market for a $40,000-ish, 195mph Italian superbike, this would be the one we’d buy.

honestly this the only paint scheme i don’t like in the 2008 mv f4 line up.my all time favourite is the black-liquid antracite scheme.i also like the fact that, despite the variations in colour, they have always had the hystorichal red-silver option in they’r line up.for me it s probably the most beautiful sportsbike even built.it s 10 years old and still looks better than any litter bikes today

I like the matte black Senna version as well, but would kill for one in matte white.
