Hillbilly Motors builds XBRR Chronos

ChronosAirintake.jpgWeighing just 150kg and making 150bhp, the Hillbilly Motors Buell XBRR Chronos is intended to be the ultimate expression of the Buell ethos: mass-centralization, torsional rigidity and low unsprung weight.
>Chronos_I.jpgWith a name like Hillbilly Motors, you’re probably assuming this is an
American company, but it’s actually Swedish. Large swaths of Swedes
identify strongly with rural American culture, or at least the way it’s
glamorized in movies.

The Chronos was built as a tribute for Buell’s 25th anniversary and is
intended for short sprint races. While some of the styling choices are a bit tacky, we can’t help but admire the engineering
that’s gone into this. And details like the quilted, red leather accents
are over-the-top enough to be cool.
