Everyone knows that in order to be complicit with the law, all vehicles must be annually registered and pass safety inspections. Nevada, one of only two states in the US that allows legalized prostitution, applies the same process to prostitutes. The “Silver State” has been regularly certifying and inspecting its brothel ladies since 1871.
