2008 Triumph Street Triple Vs. Williamsburg

But its aggressive riding position makes it hard work away from back roads and racetracks. Could stripping the fairing and fitting flat bars really be enough to transform the race-ready to the everyday-practical?     Oh, Lord no. I had a hard time keeping the front down. This bike is a complete riot. But everyone knows the 675 chassis is genius in the mountain roads, (and it totally is). The point was to take it to task by its namesake and see how it fared. So we took the Street Triple to one of the gnarliest streets in all the boroughs.

    Several times down Broadway I was riding supermoto style, standing on the pegs.

    And where in New Orleans did you find a curvy road? The police still not patrolling the road on the shore of Ponchatrain?

    Also, so you know, the route does not reflect the entire time spent in the seat. That’s merely a parameter we set in order to give context to our experience with the machine.

    yes there is A curvy road out on the lake and the police still patrole it, but i have first hand experience that they can’t catch a street triple…long story
