Aprilia RSV4 hits the track

To us, the Aprilia RSV4 Factory is the bike of 2009; representing not only an extreme expression of superbike technology and speed, but also an unprecedented new product from the once tiny Aprilia. It doesn’t hurt that the bike itself is positively Lilliputian either — if we can’t have an all-new RS250, we’re pretty happy with an RS250-sized 180bhp V4. After the jump you’ll find Aprilia’s technical presentation from the launch in Italy and a video covering the mind-bending design in detail.

Nice video. I bet someone’s going to complain about the music. I’m wondering if the dealership on 6th ave is going to carry this model.

They don’t carry Aprilia any more. I know because I walked in one day with the intention of purchasing a Mille. After being rudely ignored for 30mins, then passed around various staff, they told me.
