Red Bull X-Fighters jump Pyramids of Giza

The level of audacity and shear craziness of the riders for the Red Bull X-Fighters is only outdone by the savviness of the event’s planners and photographers. Over 10,000 fans gathered in front of the pyramids earlier this month to watch an exhibition sponsored by Red Bull on a stage that looks to have been strategically built for the sole purpose of taking the most surreal motorcycle images we’ve ever seen. Luis Buñuel, Magritte and Breton would have been proud.

    Shear craziness? That sounds like a hair salon. Why is it that hair salons always must have puns for names? “A Cut Above”, “Mane Attraction”, “Hair Majesty” etc. ad nauseam.
