This is what it looks like to go 150mph, topless

Dailies -

150mph_topless.jpgNo context for this photo other than what we can read in the headline. 240kmh equates to 149mph or, way too fast to be riding without at least a tank top and Oakley Eye Jackets.

Thanks for the tip, Sam.

A very worthwhile experiment indeed! :)

  • DoctorNine

Looks like he needs to invest in some bench press time.

  • the other larry

    That’s a great shot!

  • robotribe

That isn’t my preferred method for making the ‘O’ face, but to each his own.

  • meatsmasher

Didn’t I see that in a NIN video once?

  • Steve

Looks like my uncle Gus after a few pints.

    • coho

I used to work for a guy who looked like that all the time. Even standing still.

  • Travis

Ah I remember that photo from a few years back! Hahaha… Still funny.

  • Sasha Pave

At first I thought he must be on a trailer. Then I realized that nobody makes a hitch for the Veyron.

  • Baron Von Dangerously

I would hate to see what it looks like to crash 150mph, topless.

    • Sean Smith

Probably like a long, long red streak and not much else.

  • Ted Shred

IF the wind will do that to your body at 150 mph, imagine effect the asphalt could have :-(

  • Chris

Yeesh. Forget the imagination of hitting the asphalt. Think about how long his eyes were shut after that wind got under his eyelids and dried them out. No need for a blindfold.

Well, the bright side is that riding sans gear at 150mph means instant death in event of crash. There won’t be time to suffer or go through months of rehab. But does this dumbass ride around at 35 mph like this? Probably. And that’s gonna hurt, brother. But don’t take my word for it. You’re gonna learn soon enough, if you haven’t already.

WoW I have not seen that inyears still funny though. Orig was in the UK rag Perf Bikes sent in from a guy in Greece.

Great wallpaper if you could ever find a nice hi-res with no words.

  • motoalchemist

This was in a british magazine 10 years ago…It was all for science. I remember the thing the rider was most worried about was the camera ripping off and hitting him in the face.

    • Zeitgeist

      um yeah

  • Ian Stacconi

I would never do that without a Corona tank top!

  • bndgkmf

    3 days Wes. 3 days.

  • Judy LaParne

I havent laughed that hard in a long time. Was a crazy stunt but it did make me laugh. I wanted to re-post it for you but cant find the pic! Can ya help me out?

    • Wes Siler

Hey Judy, I responded to your tweet. Still not sure what your problem is, I’m assuming you can “see” the picture if you’re laughing at it. Click to enlarge, then drag that to your desktop or right click and save, couldn’t be simpler.

The pic makes me grin, though not as big a grin as that dude!
