These are the new European colors for the Honda CBR1000RR, Honda CBR600RR and Shamu. While the two CBRs have some really nice new schemes like this tri-color 1000, Shamu is available for the first time in black. They say it’s slimming.

    Can’t wait for the day that Honda Marketing uses “Shamu” in their own copy. ;)

    Not one of those paint schemes look remotely attractive, except for the Repsol replica. but how could anyone mess that up anyway?

      I like the HRC 1000RR and the new orange 600RR I like, cutesy ‘see through’ fairings and all. Better than the Tony the Tiger orange 2008 anyway.

    Just waiting for the day someone photo-shops white eye patches onto the black Shamu to complete the look.

    Better yet, Honda could release an official “Shamu” kit of decals. Limited run only, of course.

      someone needs to photoshop this right away.

    I thought common consensus was that the new VFR was Shamu? The CBR1000′s always been the most attractive of the current literbike class.

      VFR=Shamu. CBR=Sex.

    These paint schemes are awesome

    …to my younger self around 1980 during the 5th grade.

    So Honda is the official “also-ran” of 2011. Hell, HD is making more of an effort.

      They kind of shot their development wad with the “VFR”. In their defense, when it seemed like everybody else was not introducing anything new, Shamu stole the show.

      Luckily this gen of 600 and 1000RR are fantastic, so if they have to freeze development I’m happy its on these models.

    “They say it’s slimming.” Someone needs to let the VFR team know a secret that the CBR team is well aware of: weight reduction is slimming, not paint.

    Damn, that thing still looks enormous. Even more after looking at the CBRs.

    But what about the 2011 DN-01!? New colors, options? I’m on the edge of my seat here!
