I think we’ve figured out what Jorge Lorenzo wants to be when he grows up. Dusting off the moon suit he first wore during post-race celebrations at Laguna, the World Champion posed for a  Spanish charity calendar. These photos were taken on an orphanage playground Lorenzo helped pay for, presumably on a trampoline.

    I feel bad for Jorge. He just isn’t as natural as Rossi but he does strike me as a decent enough guy.

    I too have mixed emotions on the guy. As a character, spokesperson for the sport and personality, I despise him. Rossi rip off at the best of times.

    Put him on two wheels though and you can’t criticize him. Say what you want about him riding the bike Rossi developed – he beat Rossi on it, both in points and in the last two races as well.

    I’m at least pleased to hear that he chucked in some $ for an orphanage and made the time to support it. That says a lot about someone and I shall no longer criticize him…I’ll just stay quiet.
