Trials riding on the streets of Guatemala City

Dailies, Galleries -

We’re total suckers for some urban trials riding, largely because it packages motorcycles into a sport relatable to skateboarding, BMX and other activities that are much more popular among kids these days. This is Guetemala’s Diego Ordonez who’s been making waves internationally over the last few years, winning Trials championships across South America, in Spain and even here in the US. Just picked up by Red Bull, expect to see more of Diego in the near future.

One of the reasons I love the site is that you guys post up news on ALL motorcycling topics. I never know what to expect each day, just that whatever you’ve posted will be entertaining and more often than not it’s news to me, not some shit rehashed from some other site. Keep up the good work!

P.S. I won’t complain if you guys do more on urban trials and supermoto!!

Thanks. Today’s a bit slow as Grant and I are prepping to head to LA for a month on Wednesday. Have some fun pictures coming in a bit though.

Cool. He’s got a sense of theater that’s missing in most stunters’ acts.

Might I recommend profiling Canada’s Jordan Szoke? He’s a champion road racer and trials rider.

I’m not sure who used to air Trials Riding on US TV (maybe Speedvision), but man do I miss watching it. Watching those guys go through the courses was really fun to watch. Motorized chess.

Too sick and I agree with Bronson.

    New Master Plan:
    Win Lottery.

    Buy farm and Trials bike.

Retire to a life of occasional bruises and broken bones.
