2011 MotoCzysz E1pc in 3D

Our buddy Frank Schuengel from Amadeus Photography is experimenting with shooting this year’s Isle of Man TT in 3D. These shots of the 2011 MotoCzysz E1pc are anaglyph, meaning you can view them using 3D glasses, but he’s also shooting for the latest generation of 3D televisions and computer monitors too.     Can we have a stereographic version, for those of us without glasses? You just take the left version and the right version and place them side by side; then the viewer crosses his eyes and the 3D version appears in the middle. It’s a neat trick. No glasses needed, and no color distortion either. Example:

        When you cross your eyes, do you see two images sort-of-kind-of trying to converge in the middle? Once you get them perfectly superimposed on each other, your eyes lock into position and you get the 3D image. It’s really cool.

      Normal pattern stereogram 3D pictures are a piece of cake for me, but this proves to be real hard for my eyes to lock it. Am i getting old?

    I’ve got to be honest , those 3D photo’s got my head spinning as well . Looks like aristurtle may have the solution to fit everyones set up .
