what gear does the cameraman use? sorry to ask, I’m assuming he carries it on his bike along the journey

That’s actually a good idea for an article…

I’m sensing a KLR or another DRZ, loaded to bear with gear… but I’ve love to see the reality.

mainly interested in how you get such fluid motion shots. I find it hard to see a camera boom/dolly/shoulder rig/tripod all strapped to a bike. Do you use a chase car?

From a riding stand point, this is my favorite episode. Looks so god damn fun!

Wes, will you ever be back in the Ride Apart videos? I appreciated your opinionated insight on the episodes where you were featured. Jamie has a great personality but apart from the Bonneville camping episode, I liked the ones where you were in them. All except the RSVR episode where you just showed in the Porsche with gas.

Yeah, I make appearances here and there. I was in the vintage motocross one and we’re shooting one on why and how to lane split in the near future that I’ll be leading. Jamie’s way better at this than I am and having him on board allows me to step back my time commitment to it. Busy, busy, busy fall working on the main RideApart product!
