How the BMW HP4′s dynamic suspension works

Dailies -

Along with the 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200, the new BMW S1000RR HP4 is one of the first road bike’s to adopt semi-active suspension. “Dynamic Damping Control,” as BMW is calling it, is able to sense both rider input and road conditions, tweaking damping settings on-the-fly to suit. Bumpy road and little throttle? It’ll back things off. Full throttle on a smooth track? Vice versa.
