Looks like Aprilia Performance Ride Control isn’t going to remain the exclusive preserve of the $22,499 2011 Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC SE and Aprilia Tuono V4R (which will come to the States late this year). According to an email sent to dealers earlier today, the 2011 Aprilia RSV4 R gains the incredibly sophisticated set of electronics, which includes quick shift, launch control, wheelie control and traction control. Other changes include the slimmer exhaust canister of the ’11 Factory, gold forks, shorter gearing and wheels that look to contain fewer spokes, suggesting they’re lighter. The APRC-equipped RSV4 R will carry a $1,000 premium, retailing for $16,999.

We’ve written about APRC a bunch and reviewed the system as fitted to the '11 Factory. We also have a current-model Aprilia RSV4 in our garage right now.
