It might be worth celebrating that the white 2012 FZ6R will lose the terrible graphics offered in 2011, but unfortunately you can still add a similar graphics package to the 2012 R6 for $200 over its base price of $11,390. A limited edition of 1500 R6's will be available for 2012 in the same 50th anniversary colors as the R1 for a $500 premium. These bikes will also boast 50th anniversary emblems on the tanks and numbered plates showing the production number. The 2012 FZ8 will now available in gray. While the 2012 R1 gets traction control, the rest of Yamaha's street bikes will have to make due with these slightly tweaked color and graphics options and no other significant upgrades.
