Congress grills BLM on Clear Creek

Looks like Ken Deeg’s efforts to get Clear Creek reopened are paying off. After Deeg presented him with the same info published on HFL, Congressman Rob Bishop (R - Utah), the chair of the Natural Resources Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests and Public Lands, confronted the director of the BLM at a hearing. This could be the beginning of a reversal of the emergency closure.
