England's Ministry of Defense has released this image of a helmet being evaluated for use with the upcoming F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The two pods on the sides project moving images onto the helmet's visor, allowing pilots to see through any part of their aircraft as they look around. It also displays in-flight data for navigating or fighting. The F-35 is being developed by Lockheed Martin and is set to replace the aging Harrier jump jet.
