"When pigs fly" is a term often used to describe something that people assume will never happen. 113 years after the first Harley Davidson was produced one became a plane, and in doing so became a flying pig...er, Hog.
This is a stunt for the new generation of Internet fame, YouTube stars and anyone who has lit a firecracker aimed at their genitalia for the lulz. In this age of people trying anything for kicks, a Harley-Davidson took flight attached to a parasail, near Mount Timpanogos in the Wasatch Range of Utah.
We aren't paragliding experts, but a heavy cruiser probably isn't the ideal bike, weighing on at 562 pounds for a new 1200 Sportster compared to 50 pounds of paragliding gear that a pilot typically wears.

The crazy folks at Cloud 9 Toys and Timpanogos Harley pulled off the paragliding Harley-Davidson stunt and video:
Stunt director Jared Willardsen of Virality Farm came up with the idea for the paragliding Harley-Davidson, saying in an email interview that “it was a natural for me to come up with something that had never been done before” for the folks over at Timpanogos Harley.

Steve Mayer, owner of the paragliding company Cloud 9 Toys, piloted the dangling Harley.

One can only imagine. The thought process behind A: choosing a Harley, B: deciding to make it fly, and C: actually pulling it off are equal parts crazy and awesome.
Also, pigs (HOGs) apparently do fly.
