This man's Ninja is on fire as a result of free-revving the motor for twenty seconds. Is he an idiot? Is it instant karmic pay-back? Is he just unlucky? Probably all three. Regardless, free-revving a motor is a bad idea. 100+horsepower with nowhere to go wreaks havoc on engine internals. Valves float, cranks vibrate in ways they were never designed to and it's not uncommon to see connecting rods buckle and snap under this kind of abuse. The smoke you see just before the bike is engulfed in flames is oil hitting the red-hot headers.
